I just signed up for an ebay store and set my store categories to appear on the left of my current listings but they are not showing up.
Is it because I'm post my listings through Auctiva?

Thanks for contributing to our forum.
Our system should not impact your ability to add your eBay store category sidebar to your listings, so I do not believe the behavior you described was related our software in any way.
However, I did review a couple of your active eBay listings and I was able to see your eBay store categories to the left of the description in each one so it appears that whatever was causing them not to show up when you started this thread may have been resolved.
On a related note, if you make changes to your store category structure on eBay, you will need to update your Auctiva account manually to pick up those changes by mousing over the “My Account” tab, selecting the “eBay” option under “Settings” and then clicking the “Update Store Categories from eBay” button on the ensuing page.
