Ebay Store Listing not Posting

I'm also having trouble posting store listings. It says my category isn't valid (but it is!) I also submitted a support request #215287.

Tried to post two store items and received error: "eBay listing failed to post for the following reason:
* The specified Category is invalid. Please choose a valid eBay USA category." Also tried Auctiva's category look-up feature (browse/search) and it has been unavailable since last night. Category 20589 is one example I'm trying to post to. Thanks! -Wendy

Hi! This problem was resolved for me and I just want to say a BIG THANK YOU to Auctiva for figuring it out in such a timely manner. We sometimes moan and groan when things dont work as hoped but I just have to say that I have been very happy with Auctiva, especialy their support. I have been with other listing services and you could not get a support response to save your life!!

If anyone else is having this problem please see the other thread re: listing errors from Auctiva's support. Apparently it was due to some of their templates (at least it was not me again, wahoo!!)

I tried updating my categories and even changing the template. But I still get the same error: category not valid, when attempting to post store items. HELP!

I just ran the error check and scheduled one of your listings and did not receive that error message. I've created a support case for you regarding this issue.
