Ebay Store listings

Anyone else had problems with Auctiva listings not appearing in your ebay store? Listings OK in normal ebay pages. Is Auctiva not compatible with the ebay shop system? I can't get a sensible anser from Auctiva - anyone any ideas?

If you submit an eBay store listing through Auctiva, the amount of time it takes before it appears in your eBay store should be the smae as if it's posted directly on eBay.

There's nothing in our system that relates to how soon after being submitted an item will show up in your eBay store.

Auctiva is fully compatible with the eBay store system=)
