While using auctiva to list an item I only see auction, fixed price and buy it now prices for up to 10 days. Is it possible to make listings on auctiva for longer durations like it is possible on ebay stores?
If so, how do I do this.

If you have an eBay store, there should be an option at the top left of your description page. I think you'll need to import your eBay store categories first.

thanks. Where do I find the description page...what tab is it under and how do I import my store categories?

To import your categories, go to My Account and then on eBay Settings. It's on that page, where you set your token too.
Sorry I said it wrong about your description page. It'll be on the left top of the individual listing page, which has the description on the same page. lol

Okay, I see the store listing option on the item listing page. But how do I import ebay store categories?
