We recently started a small business through ebay. We have lots of interest, and pretty decent sales. I discovered Auctiva at the very beginning of our venture and have since realized what a valuable tool it has been thus far. Currently we do all of our listings just on ebay. We are now expanding, and want to open an ebay store, but I'm not quite sure how that works in reference with Auctiva. My question is this: how do I get listings to go to my ebay store when I do open it? Is it really a good idea to open one in the first place, or should I just stick with regular listings? Please help me, as it gets old re-listing my ads every week!!

Hi once subscribed to an eBay store your listings will automatically appear in it whether you list on eBay directly, using TL or via Auctiva.

With the basic subscription you will have the option to use store inventory format listings, some customisation of invoices and listings, and a limited traffic report service via Omniture. You can also create custom store categories to simplify searches for buyers.

However both Auctiva's store front and eBay's will look somewhat different especially due to the rather bland in appearance eBay form and Auctiva's cannot display custom store caegories yet.

Me, I use both and use the eBay store inventory format for slow items, note that eBay searches by buyers favour auctions so you need to have some auction listings to attract buyers to see your shop format items.

Have a search around these boards using the 'find' option for much more info. Smile
