Hi Guys n Gals,
Has anyone else purchased a domain from Auctiva for their Ebay store and had their auctions deleted for placing that link inside the auctions?

I have tried recently to sell a few airsoft items on Ebay, and a couple of my auctions got deleted, when I pointed out that I was following Ebay regulations, suddenly all of my auctions were being deleted and the most shocking reason was now for having a Ebay store domain from Auctiva listed in my auctions. Before this I have been proudly displaying my link without any problems, but since I dared question them they are looking for any minuscule excuse to ruin my business. I want to close my Ebay store and close up shop and take my business elsewhere. This is so frustrating.

It sounds like you might have someone that is reporting your auctions, judging by this thread, and the other post you had regarding your store.

Generally, eBay doesn't specifically go searching around looking for violations. They get information from users who report auctions for suspected violations. THEN, eBay investigates, and decides to pull the auction or not.

Is there a lot of competition in your category? It's entirely possible that another seller is trying to make your life hell by reporting your auctions, or possibly a buyer that had a bad experience, or some self-righteous busy-bodies that just don't like people selling harmless toy guns... you get the idea.
