I just went to do my first listing with Auctiva and I noticed that the ebay account name is wrong. We have 3 accounts on ebay, but want to use only the one in the future. How can I change the Ebay ID here at Auctiva?

I think you will have to generate a new token. I'm not positive if that will do the trick, but I think it should. To generate a new token, follow these steps:
Sign into your Auctiva account, and on the "My Account" tab, click "Settings". On the Settings page, click the "eBay Settings" link. On the eBay Settings page, click the "Get New Token". On the "Get New Token" page, click the "Generate an eBay Token" button. You'll be taken to eBay, where you'll be asked to sign in. Now, this is the critical part, make sure you sign in to the account that you wish to use for Auctiva. Then just follow the steps and generate the token. If that doesn't do it, you'd have to file a support ticket with Auctiva to find out how.
