can anyone help me i need to generate a new ebay token due to my ebay account being taken over by frauds ...now when i generate a new token the page wont display to the next step is this a server issue or is auctiva having problems can anyone tell me if there is anything i can do to get this to work ...cheers Eve

hI, Im having the same problem,
i have reported the problem, and awaiting a reply, i think u can talk to them on line during normal hrs mon-fri as usual

I'm having the same problem. For 2 weeks now Auctiva reps keep telling me the same thing. I do everything exactly the way they tell me to and when I come into Auctiva and click on my account there is NOTHING there that will take me to the link to get the new token. They've just quit answering my emails all together now. Totally ignoring it.
