Hi everyone hope you can help. My husband has rebooted our computer and i can't list any item on ebay now via auctiva, it says i need an ebay token, what is this, please help!!

It doesn't look like anybody is jumping in to help you out...So I'll try.
Go to your Auctiva home page and towards to top right click on "My Account". On the lower right you'll see a "Preferences" box. Towards the bottom you'll see "eBay Settings". Click on that and follow the prompts to generate the token.
