Hi! Did you already file a support ticket? Our Customer Support team usually doesn't respond to help requests posted on the message boards, so the best way to get help is to file a support request. Just click on the "Help" link found at the top of most pages on our site and then find the Customer Support box--there's a link to file a support request and another to monitor the status of an open support case. I too cannot generate the ebay token. I've been through the process five or six times now, and auctiva is still telling me that I need the token.

Auctiva also will not allow me to file a support ticket.

What do I need to do, other than ask auctiva to do it for me - that's the only way I got a token when I used to use auctiva before you started charging.

A lot of times, this is because your account on ebay doesn't have the same ebay user name as the ebay user name you gave when you signed up your Auctiva. Check that out and if you still have a problem suggest you file a support ticket...see link in Auctiva Rebecca's post above.
