Never done this before so I hope I'm in the right place to ask. I had Auctiva under a different user name and email address. I no longer have my old email address to go into Auctiva to delete that account and update. At least it won't let me sign in under that old user name. And now when I go into Auctiva under my new name, I keep generating "failure" notices when I try to get my ebay token. Says I have one or more Auctiva accts. I have checked my ebay settings and Auctiva is not blocked. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to delete my old acct so I can generate a token under my new name. You'll have to contact Customer Support and have them remove your ebay id from your old Auctiva account, then you should be able to create a new account and get a token.
