I am sorry to hear that you have run into difficulty with a token.
If your token is associated with a previous account, we can assist you with resolving that in a support case. Please file a case from under the Help tab of the site and let us know the username of the account you are running into difficulty with as well as the full text of the error message you receive when attempting to generate a token as that contains the username of the account that holds the token. We can then assist you with accessing your prior account to resolve the issue with the token.
