ebay token not generated

I have been trying to generate an ebay token, but keep getting a message that it was not generated. Looking at the error message that is generated and a previous discussion board thread, I must have created another Auctiva account months ago, when evaluating.
Can you please reset/clear the token associated with my account. Auctiva userid ohaces ebay jumpn_jumbie.

You should send Auctiva Support a message, they'll probably get to it faster if you do.
