Ebay Token Probelm

I had an old Auctiva account, set up a new one with my current email address. I have been trying to list but it says I need an Ebay Token. I have gone through the process 7 times and it just takes me back to the Auctiva main page and nothing changes.

PLEASE HELP!

I have seen that you asked for people username so you could assist. It is mattlaurbail.
