Ebay Token Problem

Hi,

I had a previous auctiva account. I deleted this a while ago as I no longer needed the services, this account was in good working order and had a valid ebay token. I deleted this account and then a little while later I set up a new one, hoping to link it the same ebay accounts as before. However every time I try to generate a token it says that this ebay account has already got a token, which i guess it has for my old auctiva account that i deleted.

What i need now is to delete the current token linking to the auctiva account I shut down so that I can get a token for my new account.

Is there any way this can be done, or any advice you can give?
