Ebay Token Problem!

Hello,
I keep getting this error message when I try to generate a token
"An eBay account with your eBay username already exists, but belongs to a different user. Do you have multiple Auctiva accounts? "
I did have 2 accounts and closed the other and removed the Third party authorization with Ebay. I thought this would fix it but it didn't. What am I doing wrong?

File a support case. Revoking your token on eBay only does so on their end, they do not communicate that to us and it is therefore still in our database.
