ebay token problem

Dear auctiva support,

I already registered the token for auctiva, but then there the msg board said that i have no ebay token.

the error msg is,

"An eBay account with your eBay username already exists, but belongs to a different user. Do you have multiple Auctiva accounts?"

My ebay username is roxmall. Please help. tq.
