Ok I messed up and have 2 auctiva accounts that are going to the same ebay id. That I could fix but I can not get into the account the token has been generated for ... lost password .. and I'm not recieving the password reset e-mails. did get 1 but it was expired when it came through.
I put in a ticket and all I get is password reset request again.
All day I have been putting in requests and not getting the e-mails.
All I want to do is get my token deleted so I can get one and get some auctions up. Or be able to get into my account and delete it.
At this point support seems to be ignoring me. I do get all other e-mail from auctiva or I would not have gotten to post this. HELP PLEASE
