Greetings,

Whenever I try to import an eBAY token, I receive this alert:

"An eBay account with your eBay username already exists, but belongs to a different user. Do you have multiple Auctiva accounts?"

I just created one with the domain:

"KarlSellsOut"

and my eBay name is:
"crazykarlsconsortiumemporium";

which will be changed to "KarlSellsOut" in 3-5 days.

Can someone please help me remove the duplicate or original token.

Changing the eBay ID does require change on your Auctiva account page to reflect the new eBay account ID and getting new Token. That can also sometimes require opening a Support Case for the change in order to get the new Token. However, if you haven't yet changed the ID at eBay, you can't make the change at Auctiva.
