Hi Jenay,
The scrolling gallery images for your items are only created once, which is at the time your listings are imported into the Auctiva system. Therefore, if you change the header/gallery images being used in your listings AFTER they are imported into Auctiva, your scrolling gallery images will not update automatically. I just initiated a command from my end that will make your scrolling gallery images update to match the current header/gallery images that are being used in your auctions within the next 30 minutes or so, but you would normally have to contact our customer support team to request that this be done.
Also, the scrolling gallery colors are indicated in the scrolling gallery HTML that is added to your listings to make the scrolling gallery appear so, when you change your scrolling gallery color scheme in your account preferences, only your listings to which the scrolling gallery is added THEREAFTER will reflect your new color scheme.
If you would like to replace the scrolling galleries in your current listings with ones reflecting your new color scheme, you would actually have to remove the scrolling galleries that are already in those listings by deleting the scrolling gallery HTML from the description HTML of each listing using eBay's "Revise your Item" form. If you decide to go this route, please contact our customer support team after doing so and request that we re-append the scrolling gallery to your listings according to your current account preferences.
If you have any additional questions or concerns regarding your Auctiva account, please feel free to contact our customer support team by completing the web form on the following page of our site:
