eBays Gallery Plus FREE

Hi,

The Gallery Plus feature is in the Marketing Tools section of the one-page lister. Click the Maximize on the header to open the section.

Note, Auctiva may not show it free with the Estimate tool. But, that's just the estimator and not how eBay would bill for use. If it qualifies for the "free" in category, then that's how eBay should bill actual use.

I wanted to add a quick note about the Gallery Plus Feature--this is currently only available on Auction-style and Fixed price items when using our lister--if you are trying to add the Gallery Plus to a Store Inventory item, you will receive an error message. We are in the process of adding Gallery Plus to Store Inventory items to keep in synch with eBay's recent changes. You can still list Store Inventory items from Auctiva and then edit them in eBay to add the Gallery Plus feature.

do you have a link for this 'announcement' on eBay where it tells which catagories the FREE GALLERY PLUS enlargement applies to. And when it ends?? I guess they have done away with Live Chat on eBay and I've tried to send an email, but it is driving me crazy! Thanks
