Edit seller details - they are blank

I've been happily using Auctiva for several months and today I went to change my Seller Details. When I click on Manage Seller Details, and then on Edit (standard details), the contents do not appear - just as though I had never created them in the first place.

I know they still exist because they are included in new listings that I posted just now. But I cannot edit them.

Any ideas?

Having looked again, it's just the first screen, "Payment" that is blank. The others appeasr to be intact.
