Editing a listing

I can't figure out how to edit a listing while using auctiva. I have no bids on the item and want to change the description. When I go to ebay and change the html it seems as if it changes but when I refresh it is the same description.

Revising must be done on eBay. Are you sure after saving changes that you are summiting them? If so, you might be looking at a cached page. Post item # and someone can see if it says revised.

Please post an item # so we may see it. Alos does it have less than 12 hrs, if not you cannot edit only add to the description.
