Help! I'm obviously much dumber than I originally thought. I got a message from Auctiva that some of my listings did not relist because I do not have the appropriate ebay policies on returns and shipping time noted on my auctions. When I click on the the Edit and Reschedule tab I do not have the appropriate "boxes" to change those items. The only way I've found to do it is to either click on the ebay number and edit it there, which means I can't schedule the relist time or go to the original saved item in Auctiva, change the things I need to, and then schedule the relist. Both of these options seem complicated. What am I missing?

You are not missing anything. You have to do this kind of editing out of the saved items in Auctiva. The edit and reschedule function is pretty much limited to editing the time and maybe the title.

If you have a lot of listings, then I might suggest doing the relist directly from ebay because they will prompt you (in bulk) to specify a return policy, or shipping time.

After the corrections are made you can go back to the relist feature in Auctiva.
