Editing on eBay a posted listing from Auctiva

Just revise your listing - you can click a link in your Auctiva Listings view, but as that only routes you to eBay anyway, you might as well go to the listing in eBay, click the 'Revise your Item' link up the top, and make the necessary changes. That's always assuming you are able to make the changes, depending upon the Revision rules that eBay apply - best bet is go and try.

The easiest way to revise the description of an active listing that was created through Auctiva is to proceed to eBay and click the "Revise your Item" link on the auction. On the ensuing page, scroll down to the "Description" section and click the "Standard" tab on the editor. You will then see your description within the editor exactly how it appears in the listing and can make the desired changes using your cursor, keyboard, and the editor toolbar.

One important thing to note is that you will not be able to edit your description if the item has already received bids or is ending in less than 12 hours. If you are unable to revise your item for this reason and would therefore prefer to cancel it, you can do so by going to your "My eBay - Selling" page and selecting the "End Early" option next to the item.
