Editing Seller Details

Hi!
To edit your Seller Details in Active listings, you will need to use our new Bulk Listing-Revision Tool that we released a couple of weeks ago.

To use it, go to your Active Listings page on Auctiva, select the boxes next to the listings you want to edit, and then click the "Revise" button. If I am understanding your question, you can't bulk fix active listings by seller details. (or that is what I was told)

I do not know why, but all of a sudden auctiva responses are reminding me of ebays..very vague, questions hardly read and they punch in a go to tutorial or punch a number with instructions, which by the time we write most have read. And answers not totally relative since question was not thoroughly thought out by auctiva.


Anyway, I spent most of day on this. Also, the find and replace did not work after sending many emails back & forth. They then said they knew some 3-4 members were having problems. (after I spent most of day doing their suggestions)..they sent to engineering and her is part of note I received tonight.

Auctiva we need a fix for this, or we need to be able to fix the seller details on live active listings. . If we CAN IN FACT fix active listings in the bulk live, please let us know.. it will be MUCH, MUCH simpler than doing the other method you suggested even if it were working.
