Often enough that I stopped using it altogether for that very reason. In most cases, customers complained that their pages timed out when trying to load the checkout. I assume this is due to the overall slowness of Auctiva's site, which we are all familiar with. When activity is too high, things cease loading properly. The checkout area is such a crucial thing to have working, I couldn't afford for it to be unavailable or too slow so very often.
