When using the email templates, do I need to add my own details - email address, item number etc, or are these updated/added automatically?

C'mon Guys - help me out.
I'm simply asking whether the text inside the brackets, [item number] or [seller name] for example should be changed by me to represent my own seller name and specific item number, or whether this is automatically filled-in for each item.

The eMail template tags do auto-fill of the information. Use the eMail tags (just like you use the listing template tags) to create custom eMails for events, e.g. Winner Bidder.

With this outage in the last day or so, my custom emails were deleted! Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
