ended items by ebay not ending in Auctiva

eBay have cancelled some listings of mine as they said it was against their listing policy, but the listings are still active in Auctiva.

The ended items are also available from the gallery feature in the active listings...

Is there anyway I can manually end the items in Auctiva?

I'd send in a customer help ticket. That way they can get an answer fast. It's on the top righthand corner.

Thanks, I have done that.

BTW, what I did wrong was to say...

"If you are collecting the item and paying by paypal, please add 3.5% to cover your fees".

I dont see an issue with that but eBay thought I was trying to avoid paying ebay fees...hmm

Well, it's a tricky situation. I think eBay's stand must be that if it's your account, you can't be having someone else pay your fees.

That's only technically, of course. What you need to do is work it into your shipping & handling and don't actually state that you're doing so.

Thanks, I just wanted people who are collecting the item to pay on collection and not via paypal...if I post the item then I will stand to the fees...it's the first time they have complained about it...unless the person didn't understand what I put, lol
