after a listing and i want to edit my pictures all i seem to be able to do is resize them rotate them or crop the pictures. Is there any way to make the pictures brighter or darker. Thanks

No, I don't think there is a way to do that on Auctiva. I think you need to do that kind of enhancing and modifications through a photo-editing program before uploading to Auctiva.
Perhaps someone else on the boards knows better ???

I was surprised when I first joined Auctiva to see how limited the image editing choices are. Half the time I find I need to either re-shoot my pictures in different (usually brighter) light, or list through eBay so I can use its much-superior editing tools. I don't want to do either one! Rats.

I use Corel PhotoPaint to crop and brighten my photos, right after uploading them to my computer from my camera. Then all I have to do in Auctiva is resize them so my template doesn't take up more than a screen size. Corel PhotoPaint comes already installed in many computers. It's a pretty basic program, but it gets the job done for me...
