Enlarged image on Ebay.

Hi,
My question is when I post a listing to Ebay, the photos on some of my listings have the feature when you move the mouse over the picture, it enlarges the pic (zooms in). And on some it does not. I am not sure why.
And if it is something I can fix on my active and non active listings that I am working on, what do I need to do?
I'm not sure what I am doing wrong.

Hi Gitzitt,

Thanks for contributing to our forum. I am unable the impression that making the "zoom" option show up on your eBay header image requires the selection of the "Picture Pack" upgrade for your listings. While that option is not currently available when listing through Auctiva, we hope to add it to our site in the near future.

I am not quite sure why you would see that option in some listings that you have posted through Auctiva but not others, but we may be able to form a conclusion if we are able to review some of your listings that offer that option and some that do not.

If you would like us to look into that further, please contact our customer support team by mousing over the “Help” tab within your account and selecting the “File Support Case” option and we will look into this further.

First has no enlargement, the second does. Please inform me as to the difference.
