Error???

I don't know about the 'Find Product' but there was a known glitch the other day with the categories. I was getting the same error message you're getting. It's been fixed tho, I would file a support request with Auctiva. They may not be aware that some users are still experiencing this.

We just conducted a category update last Thursday so, if you are receiving that message when you open your existing saved listings, it is most likely that the category you selected is no longer a valid eBay category. However, if you are receiving this error when creating new listings with categories selected from our "Browse" or "Search" tools, this is something we'd need to investigate further.

Also, I'm not aware of any problems that occurred yesterday that should have prevented you from being able to use the "Find Product" option. If you are still experiencing technical difficulties when trying to use that functionality, please contact our customer support department about that issue as well.
