Hello JJCOOLSTUFF -

We did have a minor technical issue that came up earlier today which affected some access on the site, however this has since been resolved.

Should you encounter further difficulty like this, please log out of your account and then log back in. If the difficulty persists, please file a support case letting us know what you are attempting to do when you encounter the error message and include the error message itself in the case and we will be happy to look into it for you.
