Error message Can Not List or Schedule

I have just received another error message when trying to use the lister to schedule or post.

Seems that the listing tool in auctiva will not find the catagory # for my item. I went to ebay and looked up the number and tried it that way, but it still gives me this error message when I try and schedule the listing.

eBay listing failed to be scheduled for the following reason:
The specified Category is invalid. Please choose a valid eBay USA category.

The number is 52606

I don't understand. Anyone got any ideas ?

I am having the exact same problem. I just emailed support - but it's been too soon to get a response yet. I even talked to eBay's customer service and the problem isn't on their end.

I just got a reply from Auctiva's cusomer service - I hope Mike doesn't mind me posting, but I thought it would help with all the people who didn't email support:

"When we were updating out categories, eBay timed out, replacing all of the categories in our database with nothing, which is the reason for the error. Our engineers are working on this problem and should have it resolved as soon as possible. In the mean time you will be unable to save or post listings"
