Error Message Not A Valid Token

I didnt know what I was doing when I first started but I finally got all the information prefilled but I also used to many screennames and now it wont accept my ebay name or my new screen name that I have choosen.I have also just recently download the new Internet 7.0,so where do I go from here and is there anyway someone can reset everything that I have done so that it will accept my information?
