Error message regarding Item Specifics

I can't post due to the following error...

"Category 139973 only accepts custom item specifics."

What does this mean and how do I resolve it? I am using the product catalog and have inputed custom item specifics. Not sure exactly what this is saying?

I'm still not able to list in the Video Games:Games category. My DVD/movie catalog listing are fine. I've tried everything I can including adding custom specifics to the listing.

Is there any more information you need to better understand the issue?
