Error Message when attempting to Bulk Upload using CSV file format

Hi,

I have been attempting to upload my inventory using CSV format backed up from turbo lister. I keep getting the following error message. can someone help be identify what is going wrong.

"There was an error reading your uploaded file. Please verify the file is valid CSV or TSV format and try again."

Thanks for posting your question here. Based on the error message you are receiving when attempted to upload this file into Auctiva, it sounds like you most likely selected the incorrect format when originally exporting the file from Turbo Lister.

Please ensure that you choose the “File Exchange Format (CSV)” option when you use the “Export Selected Items” option within Turbo Lister to create your file and I believe you will then be able to upload your items into Auctiva successfully.

Yes, I suppose it is possible that you may have resaved the file in an incorrect format when you added more details through Excel. I also could not rule out the possibility that some of the data you added during that process may have made the file incompatible with our system.

We would need to take a look at the specific file you are having trouble with to definitively determine the source of the error and can do so if you file a support case from under the "Help" tab.
