error message when ready to list my item

Duplicate shipping services cannot be specified.
I have checked on this forum for same problem but no resolve.

Can anyone help please as i cant schedule my listing untill i sort this out. Ive never come across this problem before.

oops !!! I sorted it, When i selected my postal services by mistake i offered to posting rates but put same service twice, doh !
