Gentlemen,
An error occurs when I try to view or access my store.
I have tried accessing the store from the "Click here to browse all my eBay items!" option on the store window on my eBay auctions. I Have also tried accessing my store directly form the Auctiva website.
Both have given me the following error:
An error has occurred during the processing of your request. Please try again or file a support case if this problem continues.
I would appreciate it if you could advice if there are system wide problems with the store and inform me of the best solution so I could view my store.
