Error regarding shipping cost when try to list a book

Hello.
I am new to auctiva and i am trying to list my book with domestic and international shipping cost.
I am located in israel.
I choose Domestic Shipping Services - other(see description) and 12$
and International Shipping Services other int'l shipping (see description) and 12$

when i post it to ebay i get the error:
API Error

Shipping service cost exceeds $4.00 maximum allowed for selected category.

what should i do so i can list it with the 12$ shipping?
i always list from ebay in that way using the turbo lister and it is work.

please help me.

Hi Eli,

The reason you are receiving this error is because eBay just imposed new maximum shipping cost rules for items listed in the "media" categories. As a result of this change, when listing in the "media" categories, your least expensive domestic shipping service cannot exceed $4.00.
