Error when attempting to search eBay catalog

I reviewed the issue you described and it appears that eBay must have changed the category number used for the Books, Magazines > Nonfiction Books category on the eBay AU site, as a different category number is showing up when I select the same category path directly through the Sell your Item form on the eBay site.

I see that the support case you filed on this subject has already been forwarded to our technical team for further investigation, and we will follow up with you through that case to keep you posted on any new information becomes available.

If we just need to run a category update for the eBay AU site (which appears to be the case), this issue should be relatively easy to address. We apologize for any inconveniences this may be causing you in the mean time.

I am pleased to report that we have updated our system to pick up the latest change that was made to this category. As a result, if you select Books, Magazines > Nonfiction Books on our eBay AU lister page now, the correct category number (# 171243) will be returned and you should be able to use the Find Product option.

If you notice any remaining issues of this nature, please don't hesitate to let us know. I have made sure the support case you filed on this subject has been updated as well.
