Can anyone help me? I'm attempting to upload an ad onto Ebay that I made using Auctiva, it's the first time I've used Auctiva to actually make and upload an ad, I usually use Turbolister.
Anyways, when I check my ad, it seems ok and I've double-checked it myself, all seems ok. Yet when i try and upload it, it's says its uploading and acts as if it has uploaded, but it hasn't, when I check scheduled posts and it has errors there saying

Enter only the numeric portion of the PinCode.
Does anyone have a clue? And what is my API? Is it my pass word for Auctiva? Pass for Ebay? Or something completely different?
