Error when try to use Pre-Filled information

I had been using Auctiva for about 1.5yrs with only an occasional problem. Starting day before yesterday I have been getting an error message whenever I try to use the pre-filled information for the Video Games>Games category. It tells me that is is currently unavailable. I could go to eBay and list, but I don't want to pay the 10 cent scheduled listing fees. Anyone else having this problem? It's been going on for several days now. HELP!!!
