I have filed a support ticket with Auctiva, but am wondering if anyone else is experiencing this error message?

We get an error message when we try to open and edit an existing listing.

The error message is "We apologize for the inconvenience. An error occurred while attempting to process your request. Please retry your request again. If you continue to receive this error, please contact technical support referencing ID# 473fdff2-bd0d-42b0-a24f-eb84666e1433. Thank you."

The error occurs when we try to open an existing listing that do not have photos added yet. This happens on all our computers using XP, windows vista, and windows 7 with mozilla firefox or IE as the browser.

Hi Downtown Books,

Thanks for helping bring this issue to our attention. I suspect you have already been notified of this through the support request you mentioned filing, but we did find an issue that occurred as a result of our update earlier this week that was causing errors like this to be generated on listings with externally hosted images.

We just released some changes intended to resolve the problem yesterday afternoon so hopefully you are no longer encountering these errors at this time.

If you continue to receive errors of this nature moving forward, please let us know by mousing over the "Help" tab within your account and selecting the "File Support Case" option.
