I have filed a support ticket with Auctiva, but am wondering if anyone else is experiencing this error message?
We get an error message when we try to open and edit an existing listing.
The error message is "We apologize for the inconvenience. An error occurred while attempting to process your request. Please retry your request again. If you continue to receive this error, please contact technical support referencing ID# 473fdff2-bd0d-42b0-a24f-eb84666e1433. Thank you."
The error occurs when we try to open an existing listing that do not have photos added yet. This happens on all our computers using XP, windows vista, and windows 7 with mozilla firefox or IE as the browser.
