Errror Message- API Error

Good Morning.
I am new to using Auctiva so I need a bit of help with the message below.....

API Error Duplication in selected shipping services. Please use a given shipping service only once. You are suppossed to be able to use multiple shipping options and I know that none of the options I choose were the same.

I made 4 listings last night and schedualed them to be posted. Went to Ebay to see if they were live a little later and they were not there. Finally found these messages for all 4 listings and not sure what to do about this. I have already listed these items this morning thru Ebay, so I just need to know what to do for future listings so I do not waste time and destroy my PC.
