Hello, I'm brand new to Auctiva, and have an alert on my account which I don't understand.

It says my eBay Account was not registered for needed notifications - and I haven't a clue what that means!

Can anyone help please?

I joined Auctiva yesterday, and have had a note that my eBay live listings have been swapped over to Auctiva, but there is no sign of this happening on my listings.

My Account ( Auctiva, not eBay) page also says that I have no live listings to view.

Hi blueannekke,

1) You can safely ignore this error message in your account. It simply means that you will not receive the notification email from eBay regarding your token generation.

2) It typically takes up to 12 hours from when your eBay token is generated for your current listings to be imported into your Auctiva account and appended with the store window. If more than 12 hours have elapsed since you have signed up, please file a support request regarding this issue using the appropriate link on our help page:
