I have never had that problem in chrome. . and have used many times. I use mozilla foxfire and do not have problem getting them there.

Support has become about frustrating. It is back and forth tag game lately. When you ask for something to be moved up food chain.. they write you back with more ways to blame you.

Auctiva.. Mike, Chris, Tony. . SOMEONE HELP!! We are getting very few responses on forums and support appears to be out of the country at times and perhaps a language barrier. . OR the people are not trained to deal with problems other than quick listing questions. Maybe there need to be support levels. . I don't know.. but. . . just saying. . . and I hate to say this and honestly thought this thought would NEVER enter my brain. . .. but lately auctiva has become the old ebay. . . I hope they go back to being Auctiva that we all knew and I loved soon!! I miss them!!

Thanks for posting about this issue here. Given that we do not officially support the Chrome browser, any time you report a potential technical issue which we are unable to reproduce in Firefox, it is expected that you will be asked to try using Firefox to see if you encounter the problem when using that browser.

If you would like to avoid this hurdle, I recommend testing any issues you encounter in Firefox before reporting them and indicating in your support request that you are encountering the problem while using the Firefox web browser as well.

All that aside, we have not been able to reproduce the behavior you described here nor have we seen any similar reports from other customers so I'm really not sure what may be causing the new Saved Listings page to misbehave as you described on your end of things.

I have just added a message to your support case with a couple recommendations and I encourage you to follow up with me through that support case if you need further assistance with the issue.

I am also having a problem with the new "Saved listings" . I hover over "Listings" click "folders" and select the folder I wish to view, I get taken to the new "Saved listings" and it shows every listing from every folder all together, I then have to use the drop down menu to select the folder I require. It is most annoying and frustrating when all it took previously was 2 clicks to get to any individual folder. I am using IE8 and I got the same reply "We cannot see the problem at our end" ect. clear cache & cookies and reset advanced settings" I had no problems before this new saved listings thing came about, but I am expected to keep delving into my settings on my pc, because Auctiva has not got it right, or that is how it seems to me.
