excluding certain counties post to - how to do in listing format?

Hi
I think I am being very stupid here but I am struggling with this!!!!
I have set my exclusion list of countries I don't want to post to in my postage and packing preferences and ticked the box on the global buyer requirements - all on MyEbay.
However...... when I list on Auctiva I went for post to worldwide and ticked 'Use my shipping exclusion list' but my first lot of listings under this format have all come out with every possible worldwide country for posting to!
What am I doing wrong?
I hope someone can sort me out.

Hello!
I checked several of your listings on eBay, and on the "Postage & Payments" tab, I see that you do have a large list of countries that are "excluded".
If you could provide more info about which listing you are seeing this problem with, we might be able to get to the bottom of it. As always, you can contact our Customer Support team for assistance
