I had active auctions when I signed up for auctiva and they appear to have imported into the history but they don't show up as "active" auctions.
Will these eventually show as active on auctiva?

Yes, your esisting eBay auctions should be imported into your Auctiva account within about 12 hours from when your eBay token is generated. If more than 12 hours have elapsed since you signed up and your active listings have still not been imported, please file a support request using the appropriate link on our help page:

Yes, indeed. The Auctiva store window will automatically be appended to your existing eBay listings soon after they are imported into your Auctiva account.
