Extended Maintenance Information - 10/13

Hi Community,

We encountered a technical problem during our scheduled maintenance this morning and our engineering department is currently working to get the Auctiva website back on line as soon as possible. The site may be accessible again in as little as 30 minutes. I will post again to this thread if I receive any further information pertaining to this issue.

Hi Community,

The Auctiva website is now back online after maintenance!!

Our weekly database maintenance typically takes about 5 hours but, due to this morning's complications, it took about 7 hours today. The task of changing the outdated message that is currently displayed on our site during maintenance to more accurately reflect the time the site will be down is on our "to do" list.
